I found the bedroom well equipped. A comfortable bed provided restful sleep. A good mix of pillows catered to my preference.
The room felt rather small. There was nowhere to store my suitcase, really. Damp towels needed a better place to hang. This was lacking.

The breakfast pastries were indeed missing. i did ask, but they were never replenished. the room's window exhibited mould from condensation. I find this unacceptable. it suggests infrequent cleaning, disappointing.

the room was lovely and had a comfy bed.. i especially liked the excellent tea making facilities.
The menus in the room were not current. The options i wanted were no longer available downstairs. the food was average. it needs tlc before it warrants the price being charged for an overnight stay. i have stayed at better premier inns for less than half the price.

The room was far from ideal. a bothersome flickering light constantly disrupted the ambiance. the noise from adjacent rooms was also quite noticeable. I could clearly hear conversations and other disturbances. i reported the flickering light, but it remained unresolved . this lack of attention to detail detracted from my experience.

The breakfast service felt personal. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room top to bottom each day of several nights. The games room is excellent for entertainment on less favorable weather days. Location is really nice.
I encountered a small issue. The receptionist was not very helpful upon my arrival.
